The Company maintains the Site as a service to the internet community. Access to and use of the Site is subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein and all applicable laws. We reserve the right to revise these terms and conditions from time to time by updating this posting.

EVENTS OUTSIDE OF OUR CONTROL

Our performance under our contract with you is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We will use our reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Events to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations under such contract may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.
